- I am currently using my blue HP18 Chromebook laptop. The Screen has long been broken, attached to an external screen with a cheap Bluetooth keyboard(no Chromebook specific buttons) and USB mouse. - Youtube and Iplayer has started stuttering. After searching I disabled "Hardware-accelerated video decode", restarted Chrome and all was well. However each time I start up the stuttering is there again I have to either enable or disable Hardware-accelerated video decode.
